The IES exists to collect evidence that supports challenging developments in work and hypotheses queries in order to derive insight from applied research that informs strong practice and decision making.
In 2020, PTHR will be undertaking a series of short research projects looking into things like cult workplaces, career transitions in the digital era, and HR automation. This will be examined through the lens of value creation and ethical considerations.IES
