The future of work:
Speaking at TEDx in Bucharest

Perry shares with us the future of work as he sees it, as part of his quest to change the world, one conversation at a time. Work is about to be exploded in terms of accessibility and opportunity through digitization and socialization, pure meaning will emerge from the once flat JDs, shifts of hierarchies will take place and we will witness the demise of the manager. All of that and much more in a Future Spoiler of how work will be.

Perry Timms is known as a playful, passionate and engaging speaker, who delivers talks about the role of social media within the workplace and gives insight into the future of HR, across the UK and internationally. He is the CIPD adviser on Social Media and Engagement and Visiting Fellow at Sheffield Hallam Business School. With over 20 years of experience in business change & technology, organisational development and talent, Perry founded PTHR in 2012, aiming to change the world of work one conversation at a time.

This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
